The building to the rear (seen to the right in this view) is the old tram (later bus) depot and is now the Creation Climbing Centre, a fantastic indoor climbing centre and skate park. The front building is separately 'occupied' but has been empty for years. Along with several other high quality buildings in this locality, it has in my opinion, been shamefully neglected and is at risk.
