Magnificent Copper Beech and the Council Offices. The very tall, and aggressively pruned, Monkey Puzzle is just poking into the right of frame too.

I do find it curious that such a fine Edwardian building is not listed, when so many roundabout are. It does make me wonder whether the powers that be are keen to absolve themselves of the complications they heap upon the rest of us.
