Elizabeth Under Ophelia's Sky
Elizabeth Under Ophelia's Sky
SU6200 : Victory Under Ophelia's Sky really doesn't give a true impression of just how yellow the world looked on 16th October 2017. For this shot I changed settings from auto white balance to cloudy. You can see how dark it was by the brightness of the green displays on the "island" of HMS Queen Elizabeth in the background. The colour cast was caused by Saharan sand and smoke from Portuguese forest fires being sucked into the troposphere by the tail end of Hurricane Ophelia.
