The church clock is the memorial and this tablet on the tower lists the fallen, all private soldiers. William Jones (22) died in Egypt in 1917. William Frank Jones (22) was killed at the Somme in 1916. John Edward Morgan (22) was the village shoemaker and died in April 1918 at The Lys. Frederick Williams, age unknown, died of wounds in France in 1915. This information is helpfully displayed in the church.
