Dated c1730, its three bays slightly more generously spaced than most of the street's houses. Brown brick with red brick dressings. The street was laid out for William Craven from 1730 by the architect Henry Flitcroft, aided by the carpenter Thomas Phillips. The east side is well preserved. Grade II listed.
