Foveran parish kirk
Built 1794 in typical rectangular style with 'birdcage' bellcote to replace a medieval predecessor, which has disappeared completely. The apse-like organ chamber (which sits behind the pulpit) protruding from the south wall, was added in 1900. The kirk, which contains the A-listed Turing monument, is now apparently out of use and a very faded notice at the kirkyard entrance directs potential worshippers to Newburgh, about 1.5 km to the north-east.
