Remains of Carlbury Mill tailrace
Remains of Carlbury Mill tailrace
The Teesdale Way path crosses a damp channel at this point, this being the tail race of the former Carlbury corn mill, of which there are no traces other than some stonework set into the steep bank where the path turns uphill to the A67.
