A62 Road

The A62 is a major road in Northern England between the cities of Manchester and Leeds.
The road is approximately 40 miles long. It runs north east from Manchester through Oldham then Saddleworth before crossing the Pennines at Standedge. It continues through Huddersfield and terminates just short of Leeds city centre.
The M62 runs parallel with it, taking most of the heavy trans-Pennine traffic.
