The ex Meltham Branch Line
The former Lancashire and Yorkshire Railway Meltham Branch, now the Meltham Greenway, crosses Mean Lane to the west of the B6108 Huddersfield Road.
The line opened to traffic on 10.08.1868 and saw its last train leave from the David Brown tractor factory on 03.04.1965.
