The Old Reading Room, Ravenglass
Now a house. Originally a chapel dating from 1863, it was converted to a reading room and meeting place at the end of the 19th century (see Ravenglass Heritage Trail LinkExternal link (Archive LinkExternal link ) ).
A plaque between the first floor windows is inscribed : M 1898.
