Leyland Tiger Cub at Bolton Street Station
Leyland Tiger Cub at Bolton Street Station
New to Rawtenstall Corporation in 1958, this Leyland Tiger Cub (reg: 4666 FTJ) with 43 seat bodywork by East Lancashire Coachbuilders, was withdrawn from service in April 1979. It is still undergoing restoration but the exterior has recently been re-painted back into its original Rawtenstall Livery complete with its fleet number (58). It is parked outside Bolton Street Railway Station in Bury, during the East Lancashire Railway’s “Lancashire Day”.
