Worcestershire Royal Hospital - Aconbury boiler house
Worcestershire Royal Hospital - Aconbury boiler house
This is the boiler house supplying the original 'Newtown Hospital' that is now known as the Aconbury unit. There are three dual fuel fired package boilers. The two brown tanks are the fuel oil tanks and in December 2017 they were demolished. There were three chimneys supported on a skeletal framework but by 2017 there were only two and one boiler was out of use. I understand there are plans to 'desteam' this part of site. An electric vehicle is charging on the right.
