The former Tower Grange Police Station at the junction with Hurley Close has recently been converted to three shops, three offices and eighteen two-bedroom apartments. The change of use was approved by the City Council on 3 July 2016.

Adjacent to the wall of the building is a K8 telephone kiosk, designed by Bruce Martin in 1965. Of some 11,000 installed across the country between 1968 and 1983, it is reported that about 50 survive today, most of which are located within the former Hull Corporation Telephones area.
