Crook Hill
Crook Hill
The low sun makes the furrows on the slope of the hill look like textured velvet. Sometimes clumps of trees like this have grown up inside a site of archaeological interest, too stony to plough and cultivate, but I have not found any reference to anything of archaeological interest here.
