Old Kings Arms, 19 Kirk Gate, Newark
Old Kings Arms, 19 Kirk Gate, Newark
Grade II Listed mid 18th century house and inn. In the 1832 directory John Lacy is listed at the Kings Arms. It was the first pub of Tynemill Limited (Castle Rock Brewery) established in 1977 and described as then as 'closed for many years'. Old King's Arms leaves the Tynemill estate in 1994. Admiral Taverns appears in 2013 in association with the pub that then has more than one short lived company registered to the address.
