Crumpwood Weir Pumping Station
Crumpwood Weir Pumping Station
A South Staffordshire Waterworks Company works that is now disused. This view was obtained from outside the building through the window and there is no interior access. There are three 11 horsepower triple ram pump sets operated by water turbines. The combined output was 15,000 gallons/hour with optimal supply to the turbines. The plant has obviously not run for some time.

Water turbine pump sets are rare and the others I know of are all along the Thames west of London
