Harold Park: sensory garden
Not very interesting in winter, but in summer the trellis would presumably be covered in flowers.
Harold Park, Moor Top, Bradford :: SE1428

Opened in 1885, occupying land formerly used for small-scale coal mining and a brickworks, this small park is a memorial to Harold Gathorne-Hardy JP (1850-1881) of the nearby Low Moor Ironworks. A biography of him can be found online at LinkExternal link

It includes a large open lake (reservoir) which attracts numerous bird species, and a smaller boating lake; children's playground and adventure trail; bowling green, football pitch and basketball court; and a sensory garden.
