Fleet Street
Looking along Fleet Street with St Paul's Cathedral in the background. The prominent building on the right is 85 Fleet Street, dating from 1935 and designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens in association with the architects Smee and Houchin. Built for the Press Association who used the building until 1995, and also used by Reuters until 2005, and also two pubs, The Swan and The Cogers, it now contains various offices and also a restaurant, appropriately called Lutyens, opened in 2009. Grade II listed - see LinkExternal link. The site was also the birthplace of Samuel Pepys.
