The stone marks the grave of Erminio William Louis Marchesi and members of his family. Erminio Marchesi is the founder of the Round Table movement. See > Link for a wider view. With Marchesi as its secretary, the first Round Table was formed on the 14 March 1927 at the now-defuct Langford's Restaurant at 50 London Street, Norwich. Today there are 600 local Tables with a membership of over 8,000 in the UK and branches on every continent.
