Ye Olde King's Head
Ye Olde King's Head, built during the reign of King Henry VIII in 1525, is reputedly the oldest Inn in Windsor, and where Shakespeare stayed whilst writing The Merry Wives of Windsor. On the wall is a replica of King Charles I's 1648 death warrant.
