Langbank railway station
Langbank railway station
Scotrail Class 314 train number 314212 pulling out of the station with an 'all stations' service from Gourock to Glasgow Central.

The Inverclyde Line is normally served by Class 380 trains, but these were loaned to the Edinburgh to Glasgow line for driver training purposes in preparation for the delivery of the new Class 385 trains which will operate on that route. A technical fault with the Class 385s has delayed their introduction for a further 12 months, meaning that the 314s will probably be celebrating their 40th birthday in 2019 on the Inverclyde Line.
