A housing development off the Babraham Road close to Addenbrooke's Hospital. The development consists of 162 (some sources cite 270 family homes & apartments) houses and flats built on the grounds of the Bell School. The housebuilder is 'Hill' a company founded by Andy Hill in 1999.

Work started in 2015 and the early publicity material spoke of "design is at the heart of Ninewells", the first homes were ready to move into in the early autumn 2016.

With the focus being on high quality the online brochures, at the time, offered the houses in three levels of specification, The Elite Collection, The Premium Collection and The Classic House Collection. The price range below reflects these different specs on offer at the time of construction (2015-2018).
