London Road
Looking along High Street with a Sainsbury's Supermarket on the left, part of the 1982 Warwick Quadrant development. On the left are hoardings alongside the site of the former Lombard House, with work having started on the redevelopment of the whole area.
Warwick Quadrant redevelopment :: TQ2850
Between 2014 and 2017, the northern section of Redhill's Warwick Quadrant, situated between Princess Way and London Road, was redeveloped with the office complex of 3 Princess Way (see TQ2850 : 3 Princess Way, Redhill and a Sainsbury's supermarket (see TQ2750 : London Road), dating from 1982, being replaced by a new (much larger) Sainsbury's supermarket, a Travelodge hotel and a gym.
