Work under way on the second phase of the Warwick Quadrant redevelopment alongside Princess Way. In the background is the 1987 built Quadrant House, which is being retained under the redevelopment.
Warwick Quadrant redevelopment

Between 2014 and 2017, the northern section of Redhill's Warwick Quadrant, situated between Princess Way and London Road, was redeveloped with the office complex of 3 Princess Way (see TQ2850 : 3 Princess Way, Redhill and a Sainsbury's supermarket (see TQ2750 : London Road), dating from 1982, being replaced by a new (much larger) Sainsbury's supermarket, a Travelodge hotel and a gym.
