A low flying RAF Tornado in the Selkirk Moffat Valley
This Tornado GR4 on a low flying sortie from RAF Marham was photographed from Oxcleuch Rig. The forestry in the background is on Riskinhope Rig. The Panavia Tornado entered frontline service with the RAF in 1982 and will be retired in March 2019. The number of serviceable airframes has been dwindling for a while and I will miss them when they eventually go.
