Carefully disguised hydro-power generating station by Loch Gynack
Carefully disguised hydro-power generating station by Loch Gynack
It is only from directly in front that this small generating station can be seen. It has been carefully built into the hillside to have minimum visual impact.

The station itself generates 600 kW by abstracting water from two intakes on the upper Allt Mor and the Allt a Choire Odhair.
