On the left can be seen the round concrete bases of the two demolished fuel oil tanks. A ramp has been built over the remains of the demolished bund wall. This is to allow access to a digger fitted with a hydraulic pick to break up the foundations to allow a new reinforced concrete pad to be cast. At the end of April 2018 this received a new combined heat and power package as part of an energy efficiency programme. The boiler house is on the left and is likely to be demolished in due course, although still active now.
