A pile of timber collected from the shore at Aberlady Bay, which was lost from the MV Frisian Lady on 2 March 2018, 110 nautical miles off Souter Lighthouse, Whitburn.

Over 200 bundles of timber were lost, with planks washing ashore as far north as St Andrews, but most concentrated on the East Lothian and Berwickshire coastline.

Contractors are in the process of recovering the timber.
