Narrowboats are moored all along this stretch of towpath. Narrowboat "Tintagel" is behind, having just been through the bridge.
Regent's Canal

The Regent's Canal is a nine-mile man-made stretch of water connecting the Grand Union Canal at Little Venice to the River Thames. The first section of the canal from Little Venice was opened in 1816 and the final section at Limehouse Basin in 1820. The canal has 13 sets of locks.

Boats on the Grand Union Canal :: TQ1777

Most boats on the canal are narrowboats, either residential or cruising. There are permanent moorings with services connected, winter moorings available November to February, moorings available for two weeks free of charge, some "stop and shop" or "stop and drink" moorings.
