Old Carrow Bridge abutment - plaque
Carrow Bridge was built in 1810. It linked Carrow Hill directly with the north-eastern end of Carrow Road. The bridge remained in use until the new bridge was opened to the west in 1923. This plaque is affixed to the remains of the old bridge's abutment. For wider views of this location see > Link and Link.
