Wooden caravan, Peakirk
This wooden caravan, which was built in 1920, was on display at the Peakirk village fete. It was originally towed behind a steam roller and was used to provide overnight accommodation for road workers, with living space for two people. The caravan was rescued and restored in the 1990s after having stood in a field for 30 years.
