Ruin near Murdieston trig point
30 metres SSE of the trig point is a small unroofed ruin (of mid-20th-century date) that has variously been interpreted as an observation post or the site of a mast associated with an experimental radar installation; see Link

It has flush bracket number S4824, 3rd order, height 234.116m above Newlyn Datum (info from OS archives). It stands 30 metres NNW of a mid-20th-century ruin whose precise date and function are uncertain; see Link for that ruin.
