Three-Forked Pole and Random Farm
Three-Forked Pole and Random Farm
When I came across this I thought it was a dead tree, reminiscent of a First World War battlefield. It is in fact a marker called the Three-Forked Pole which stands on the meeting point of three parishes. Random Farm can be seen in the background and stands about 460m above sea level on Titterstone Clee Hill, a hill which is generally referred to, and wrongly, as Clee Hill. That said, this part of Titterstone Clee Hill is simply called Clee Hill. For a view from this elevated spot to the south-east see: SO6077 : The Three-Forked Pole
