The closed shutters tell you everything you need to know. These toilets were shut which is the default position here. It is claimed that they are open when a warden is present. As a frequent visitor with my dog, I have yet to see a warden and yet to see these toilets open, not even on a recent bank holiday when I visited. So best to assume they will be closed and walk to the town centre or the pub on the other side of the river.
