Calda House
Calda House
An impressive ruin by the shores of Loch Assynt. It is unusual in being an example of a stone built, double gabled house in an area where such buildings were almost unknown in the early 18thC. It was once the house for the Mackenzies, who had previously owned nearby Ardvreck Castle.
