The operators were instantly wary of being photographed, due to an upcoming court case. They claimed it was unusual for an average member of the public to take a photo of them. Their claim to use the site is that it is a public slipway so it is usual to turn up with a pontoon, some punts, no licence, a business and some lawyers. They lost their case.
