Unidentified structure

A mystery structure that may have been associated with a secret experimental radar station above the artillery school. This was the Aerial Defence Research and Development Establishment (ADRDE) known as "X3", a 3-storey building erected in 1942 on the site of what is now a public car park. Once thought of as an OP or gun emplacement, suppositions that have now largely been discounted, it's my personal opinion that due to its close proximity to the radar station, it may have been a plinth for a radar antenna. Something was definitely mounted on the top of it, as there are patterned indents and securing bolts in the concrete at each of the four corners.
