The northernmost rocks of Eilean Ban
The northernmost rocks of Eilean Ban
A reef with tidal skerries extends north of Eilean Ban (they are connected to the island by dry land at low tide - but this photo was taken near high tide at springs). Beyond lies the low-lying Ardtun peninsula and further again, the spectacular Ardmeanach peninsula with its cliffs and lava flows.
