A683 bridge over cycle track at Scale Hall
Variously known as the Bay Gateway or Heysham Bypass, this main road was only built in 1994, many years after the railway had closed in 1966. The bridge may only have been built to allow an underpass when the route reopened as a Sustrans cycleway.
