Redhill Station is an important railway junction. The North Downs line and the Redhill to Tonbridge line diverge off the Brighton Main line just south of the station. The station opened in 1841 as Redhill and Reigate Road Station. It has changed names several times, becoming Redhill Station in 1929.
Today many trains stop here and some terminate here.
