Geograph - photograph every grid square

For 11 weeks during the summer of 2018, 50 beautifully painted hare sculptures are on display at strategic locations in the city of Norwich. The sculptures will be sold by auction in September, with the proceeds going to the Norfolk charity 'Break'. Poppy can be seen in the Upper Cathedral Close not far from Wellington's statue. The sculpture is sponsored by Almary Green independent financial advisers, was painted by Mik Richardson, and represents a WW1 nurse inspired by Edith Cavell. It is Almary Green's tribute to everyone who served in WW1 both at home and on the front line and honours the memory of all those who lost their lives in wartime.
