Fauld Crater and memorial
Fauld Crater and memorial
Looking across the southern edge of SK1827 : Fauld crater with the SK1827 : Fauld explosion memorial just visible on the far edge of the crater. The water tower in the distance is in the village of Hanbury, the building of which was severely damaged by the explosion including SK1727 : The Cock Inn, Hanbury which had to be demolished and rebuilt.
