St. Gwyndaf's church Llanwnda
St. Gwyndaf's church Llanwnda
The church was once on an early Christian pilgrimage route to St David's and today features in the 'Saints and Stones' trail around these ancient Pembrokeshire sites.
The church has stood here since the 6C, ransacked by the invading French in 1797 and restored by the Victorians in 1881 but retaining its mediaeval character nonetheless. It has a double bell-cote, a lepers' squint and 5 cross-marked stones set into the fabric.
