Bridge on the approach to Asket Hall (side)
Bridge on the approach to Asket Hall (side)
This substantial 3-arch stone bridge over the Wyke Beck now leads to nothing more than a footpath along the opposite bank of the stream. Originally it was the carriage drive from North Road into the grounds of Asket Hall, a grand house demolished in the mid 20th century. See also SE3336 : Asket Hall Carriage Drive Over Wyke Beck.
