This small two storey tower, about 14 feet square, was built in 1655. It occupies a diminutive summit of a hill and as a result, the best photographs of the tower must be taken from below. Built in restless country at the time, its primary function was that of watch tower, prison and belfry. It is a Category A listed building. LinkExternal link
