Coquet Island
Coquet Island is a 15 acres island situated 1.2 kilometres (0.75 mi) off Amble on the Northumberland coast. The island is owned by the Duke of Northumberland, and the RSPB manages the island as a bird reserve. Coquet Lighthouse was built by Trinity House in 1841.
