There is the following application (7 March 2019) for planning permission “LA04/2019/0683/F Demolition of existing industrial warehouse buildings and erection of warehouse distribution facility, associated ancillary office, van storage, yards, car parking and accesses. Lands at Kings Works Channel Commercial Park Queens Road Titanic Quarter Belfast”.

The new buildings cover a range of uses including apartments, offices, hotel, a college, the Public Record Office for Northern Ireland and the “Titanic Belfast”.
