Rhododendron Infestation in Findon Wood
Rhododendron Infestation in Findon Wood
If one ever needed an example of what happens when rhododendron runs rampantly out of control, this view of the woodland above the Findon Burn is a prime example. The burn runs down a gorge that has been taken over by the shrub on both banks, covering this old path. Although someone has made valiant efforts to cut it back in places, they seem to be losing the battle to keep it at bay.
