Rubble!
All that remains of the once fine building at Riddlehamhope. The photographer has known Riddlehamhope over a number of decades. It was first seen as a deserted house but one which could have been made habitable. Since that time there's been progressive deterioration leading to water entry, minor collapses and ruination. More recently there's been the 'salvaging' of useful materials from the remains - the roof stones for example. And now, demolition. A public right of way passes on the north side, to the right of the rubble in the image, and it's likely that the remains were considered a danger to anyone passing by.
