River Thames: Brook's Wharf & Queenhithe Dock
The building in the middle of the block of three is Brook's Wharf, which was a tea warehouse. It was converted into a public house in the 1970s, and is called The Samuel Pepys, who had connections to the locality. On the right, in the shadow, is Queenhithe Dock which dates back to Roman times and is a Scheduled Ancient Monument.
